The short version

If you fill in the contact form, we get what you typed so we can reply. That is the only information this site collects about you. We do not sell it, we do not trade it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect

What you type in the contact form
Your name, your email address, your phone number if you add one, which part of the system you are interested in, and your message.
How you reached the page
The page you landed on, the site that sent you (if any), and any campaign tags in the link you clicked.
When you sent it
The time of the submission and an id we use to make sure the same enquiry is not recorded twice.

You do not have to use the form. You can call or email us instead, using the details at the bottom of every page.

What we do not do

  • No cookies are set by this site.
  • No analytics or visitor tracking runs on it.
  • No advertising, social or other third-party scripts are loaded.
  • Fonts are served from this site, so your browser does not call another company to display the page.
  • Nothing you type is stored in your browser except one short-lived note in that tab, so a submission is not sent twice. It disappears when you close the tab.

Where your enquiry goes

Your submission travels over an encrypted connection to this site's own server, which passes it to a private spreadsheet in our Google Workspace account. Only Summit can open that spreadsheet.

Two companies handle information on our behalf while this happens.Cloudflare hosts this website and handles technical information such as your IP address to serve and protect the pages. Google is where our email and that spreadsheet live. Our own record of the delivery keeps only an id, a checksum and whether it arrived — not what you wrote.

How we use it

We use your enquiry to reply to you and to do the work you ask us about. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to, and we do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries until you ask us to delete them, so we can look back at what we discussed. Ask, and we delete yours.

Asking for your information, or its deletion

Email [email protected] and tell us what you want: a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We will do it and write back to confirm. If you sent an enquiry from a different address, say which one, so we can find it.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this page

If what we collect or where it goes changes, we change this page and update the date at the top.
